Yoga Bikram Grands Boulevards

Our first center opened in 2002. Situated at the end of a long and peaceful courtyard, this studio can accommodate up to 35 students with classes up to 5 times a day.

Our hot rooms benefit from an air-renewal system to guarantee you the best experience during your practice.

We open the studio 30mn before each class. Every class is 90mn.

The changing rooms are equipped with individual showers.

We are an independently owned and operated small business with no franchise agreement with the founder of this method. For 17 years our team of well-trained, qualified teachers has been guiding our community of students through this practice with conviction and integrity.
